Hi there, I’m subletting my fully furnished one-bedroom flat from 01 March to 31 July 2025 (5 months) to one person or a couple. The lease dates are slightly flexible. Rent is 1.300 € and includes bills like WiFi, water, gas, heating, garbage collection, etc.

The flat is 46 m² and located in a modern building in Kaisermühlen, in the 22nd district. It features floor-to-ceiling windows, floor heating, parquet flooring, a balcony (14 m²), a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave and a bathroom with a washing machine. There’s also a bicycle storage unit in the building.

The flat is well-connected:

• ⁠ ⁠About 5 mins. by bus or bike and 15 mins. walking to the UN headquarters
• ⁠ ⁠About 5 mins. by bus to get to the U1 station VIC-Kaisermühlen or U2 station Donaustadtbrücke and from there, the inner city is accessible in about 15 mins.
• ⁠ ⁠Located between the Old Danube and New Danube and close to the Danube Island, providing quick access to nature and recreational opportunities like swimming, biking, beach volleyball, and boating
