I am moving out and looking for a subsequent tenant for my current place!
3-minute walk to Donau­stadtbrücke (U2), with direct connections to major universities:
• 5 min: WU Wien (U2 Krieau/Messe-Prater)
• 11 min: Uni Wien (U2 Schottentor)
• 19 min: TU Wien (U2 Karlsplatz)
Billa supermarket just across the street. A 5-minute walk to Danube Island and both New and Old Danube, ideal for biking and swimming in summer.
The apartment includes a kitchen, bed, wardrobe, desk, a southeast-facing balcony with morning sun, and biweekly cleaning.
The rent I've been paying is €799/month, ALL INCLUDED (water, electricity, heating, internet, etc.). So the "pure rent" by Viennese convention could be considered around €650–€700 for comparison.
A proof of income and/or confirmation of studies is desired by the landlord.
Please note:
• Shared laundry facilities in the basement (4 washers, 4 dryers)
• Balcony faces the rooftop of a P+R garage
• A 10% rent increase is required by the landlord for contracts shorter than 12 months
