Hello, we are renting our spacious room approximately 16 square meters in size in the beautiful Schillekiez neighborhood, close to Tempelhof. The room is fully furnished, has fast internet, and comes with a bed sofa (a single bed can be provided upon request, please see the photo) and a fully equipped kitchen.

The rent is €800/month warm, including cold rent, internet, heating, and electricity.

This offer is ideal for short-term stays, such as those between flats or for those staying in Berlin for only a few months. We would initially prefer a three-month lease, with the option to extend for another three months if everything works out.

Please note that due to the short-term nature of the stay, we cannot offer registration (Anmeldung) under this address.

The smaller room is not available for rent. I will be traveling during the mentioned months and will be using the room when I return. Otherwise, you will have the apartment to yourself.

The location is in Schillerkiez, one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Berlin. You can enjoy a Saturday market in the church square as well as many bars and restaurants around.

Above all, you're just two minutes from the infamous Tempelhof, and if you're into walking, running, rollerblading, or looking at the horizon for long stretches, this place is for you.
