The room is 20 m2 big and has 2 windows (looking into the garden) and is furnished with a bed, desk,closet and night stand. Everything is like new. In general, the rooms offer great natural lighting. The interior details of the flooring and walls give the apartment a nice vintage modern touch.

Theres a garden with chickens that offer a nice country side feeling even though youre so close to the city center, which is hard to find in munich. But dont worry, the housekeeper takes care of them.;)

Im looking for uncomplicated / reliable tenants who willing to create a nice , peaceful living situation with other.

Everything you need in everyday life is very close!

The apartment is a 3 min walking distance to the next bus / light rail station , providing easy access to the city center. Also, the nearest subway station is merely a 12 min walk away and the next supermarket/bakery/restaurant is just around the corner.

Also, if you like nature, the perlacher forst , a huge forest, is just about a 15-20 minute walking distance.
