The room has a large window and is sunny east-facing toward the calm and green courtyard. Fully furnished with bed (extendable to double bed), desk, chair.
Walk-in wardrobe can only be accessed from the room. Own private bathroom with toilet, rain shower, sink, cabinet, clothes basket. Private entrance to the apartment with intercom.

The apartment is super spacious, there are only 2 bedrooms at the opposite ends, a large living room and a dining room with an adjoining kitchen. All kitchen appliances from SIEMENS (fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher). Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and everything can be shared. Iron, vacuum cleaner, clothes rack, and washing machine are included
There is 1 balcony and 3 winter gardens (closed balconies). The apartment is very well insulated and very quiet.
U6 and U2 Stadtmitte is in front of the building.

Your roommate is a working mom with 2 kids (5 and 2). Kids go to kindergarten (and soon to school) during the day. This room would be ideal for an early riser (7-8am). Evenings are calm. We prefer a female roommate.
