The room that you would be renting is in the front of the apartment,
the corridor and living room are between the other bedroom and yours.
This arrangement gives the front room (your room) a very private setting.
The walls are very thick as well, so there is no problem with noise pollution at all. Because this is an old, historical Bank building from 1863, the foundation of the building is very solid.

Long Term Rental is possible.
Registration is possible.
The rent includes everything!
Please note that the rent is not negotiable. No extra money is being charged in this arrangement. This can be shown via receipts of transfers made. The rent includes all additional costs such as electricity, insurance and Internet (Wifi and Wlan cable directly in the room).

Condition for the rental contract:
Proof of income before you sign the contract and 2 months deposit before you get the keys.
