INTRO:
Due to my relocation to Austria I have an apartment for sublease in Hamburg. It’s located in Hamburg City Nord/Winterhude close to U-bahn Alsterdorf station. It’s a 3-rooms, 84sqm, EBK, 4th floor, kindergarten 200 m, Stadtpark … And many other attractions. It’s a new building and we were the first tenants (just since December).

The apartment is 3-rooms, storage room (Abstellraum), toilet (with separated bath and shower), EBK (with oven, heating plate, fridge & freezer, dishwasher [80cm]), and loggia/balcony. It’s on the 4th floor with access to elevator. There’re several modern features such us videophone or tokens for doors opening (keys equivalents), floor heating, LAN network in every room.
We have moved in at the beginning of December as first tenants (building was finished just around October). We equipped it with new furniture and equipment (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer) which stay in the apartment (we're open to keep these in apartment rental costs or sell it along with other furnituree).
We didn’t manage yet to organize additional wardrobe in the corridor (Vorraum), lamp above mirror in the toilet and furniture on the balcony.
Apartment is located in City Nord/Winterhude, close to U-bahn Alsterdorf station, few minutes walk to Stadtpark. There’s a fitness studio and Kindergarden nearby.
Monthly rental is 1910 EUR (including water, floor heating, waste disposal, facility management) + 250 EUR for other costs (Wifi 100 MB, electricity from Vattenfall and furniture and household appliances as showed in the photos)
NOTE:
Minimum rental period is 3 months.
Guaranteed rental period is by December 2025 with possible prolongation.
This is a sub-lease offer, therefore chosen tenant will be verified and finally approved by the apartment owner (landlord/real estate).
CONTACT and VISITS:
I will be in Hamburg on 02-06.09., so visits in the apartment (mainly in the mornings or late afternoons) would be possible upon earlier arrangement.
