You can get to the city center quickly by buses 609, 608 or SB69.
The apartment has a modern fitted kitchen worth around €1,500 when purchased.
The prerequisite is that the new tenant is also willing to take over the kitchen.
The kitchen, it is almost new and very well fitted since it was custumized and designed by IKEA.
