The apartment consists of a big main room, which serves as living room, bedroom and kitchen, and of an adjoining personal bathroom.

The room comes fully furnished with a desk (55 x 180 cm) with two chairs and six shelves around, a bed (140 x 200 cm) with two nightstands, a round table (80 cm of diameter) with two other chairs, two wardrobes (60 x 100 x 200 cm) with two adjacent coat hangers and three side-by-side windows facing south-east.

The kitchen furniture (70 x 180 cm) has five cabinets, a microwave, two electrical hotplates, a kitchen hood and a sink. The dishes are not provided.

The bathroom has a toilet, a bathtub, a sink and a mirror (85 x 110 cm).

!! Pay attention to the fact that this apartment is part of a private student/post-student agency (Home&Co) and, as such, they will ask for a proof of enrollment (if you're a student) or your diploma (if you're a young worker, who recently graduated) !!

! Pay attention also to the fact that the contract does not allow for uncommon location duration ! Minimum is the advertised six months (corresponding to the Summer Semester 2025) or, otherwise, you can request a 1-Year contract (both are renewable) !

The Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. The rent does also account for everything (warmmiete : water, gas, electricity).

The apartment lies on the third floor and there is two elevators.
