- Floors (vinyl) including impact sound insulation
- Walls were wallpapered with woodchip wallpaper and painted white (Erfurt Classico/ Sto white satin finish)
- Walls in the bathroom and kitchen have been painted with latex paint
- Room doors CPL structured white were installed
- A glass door was installed in the living room
- All sockets and light switches were exchanged/ renewed in the course of the renovation. (Young AS500)
- Bathroom and toilet were also completely renovated in 2022 (new toilet, washbasin, shower tray,
fittings and hand shower, towel dryer, mirror cabinet
- In the toilet, HPL panels were installed all around up to approx. 1.25m from the floor.
- In the bathroom, HPL panels were also installed in the shower (ceiling high).
Towel, toilet paper and toilet brush holders have already been installed. Before further holders or the
like are attached to the HPL panels, the landlord/owner Mr. Sascha Klengel must be consulted.
Ceiling lighting (LED panel) has already been installed in all rooms.
The new fitted kitchen with oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, stove and fridge/freezer is provided on loan.
All devices are fully functional.
