Warm rent: €450/month (includes heating, electricity, gas, internet, cleaning, and broadcasting tax).
Deposit: €950.
The room available is spacious and comes with ample cupboard space, a study table, a chair, a TV, and a heater.
The kitchen is fully furnished and has everything including microwave oven, induction top, washing machine, refrigerator and an oven. Drying stands for clothes are available. Two storage cabinets are available in the room. Bed covers and linens are provided by the landlord. We have a good internet connection also.
