Dachgeschosswohnung in Bonn-Bonn-Zentrum

I am looking to move to Koln and will be leavig my aparment in Bonn, in a central locations, next to the Stadthaus. It is a third top floor without elevator, new kitchen included in the price. The sun comes out from the bedroom windows and sets from thek kitchen/dinning room windows, leaving beautiful colors in the house. I am totally flexible on the move out date and would like to resell some of the furniture and bring some other with me.

The layout is us follows:
The entrance door opens to a big area with the kitchen (includes dishwasher) in the left, a 6-people dinning table in the center and the sofa with a sofa table in the right. Then a hall gives pass to the newly renovated bathroom with a shower and the hall has space for a study table. Then there is the bedroom with a double bed, two windows and a big wardrobe.
The apartment comes with a storage room in the cellar and with a communal washing machine share between 3 flats.
