Wohnung in Berlin-Niederschönhausen

We are looking for a smaller apartment in exchange for our 3 room flat. Ideal for those who are looking for a bigger place :)

IMPORTNAT: our apartment is dog friendly and we are looking for an apartments where dogs are allowed!

We have a gorgeous 3-Zimmer apartment (two bedrooms and a huge kitchen with a living room), 100 square metres, in a very quiet and green area.

About the neighbourhood:
-- Pankow Niederschönhause, transport accessibility is quite good: 15 minutes walk to S Shönholz, or by tram/bus (runs frequently) 8 minutes to S-U Pankow, from where there is a stable U2 connection + a few more S-Bahns. Or it is also possible to just take M1 Tram directly to the city centre.
-- The area is very quiet and green, in two minutes from the house there is a huge park that is amazing for walking a dog, running in the morning or riding a bike.
-- Huge REWE 10 mins away, Netto, Rossmann. Several coffee shops and restaurants 5 minutes from the house.

About the flat:
- 2 separate bedrooms, 1 huge living room with kitchen.
- Balkony, bathtup + shower (and a window in the bathroom :)), a place for parking in front of the house, Keller, a small house outside that can also be used for storage (we keep the bike there), fireplace.
- The house only has 2 floors and 4 apartments.
- The house is fairly new, we are only the third tenants.
- Wonderful landlords, a small company with several houses in Berlin. Communication is quick and convinient.
- Dogs are welcome! We have a medium sized dog and I can say that the neighbourhood is fantastic for dog lovers.

We are ready to move to a smaller apartment, fewer rooms (preferably 2). Ideal option: 2 rooms, up to 1700 warm (we do not consider more expensive ones) and closer to the city centre (preferably Prenzlauer Berg, Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Charlottenburg, but we are ready to consider different options, so don't hesitate to contact us).
