The apartment is bright and spacious on the 4th Floor and benefits from an open plan kitchen/living/dining space, 3 great sized bedrooms. Two bathrooms, one with shower and the second bathroom has a shower and bathtub. There is an enclosed balcony to the rear overlooking the park and Aldi is directly underneath the building.

There is an elevator and sizeable lockable basement area for additional storage.

This has been a fantastic family home for us in an excellent location and any new tenant would benefit to having fantastic amenities in the vicinity.

Perspective tenants will need to take over the decking we installed on the balcony at a cost of 150EUR.

Please note that new tenants take over any maintenance responsibilities.
