My beautiful, fully furnished 2.5 room apartment in Düsseldorf city centre is available for long term renting (no minimum contract period) from April 1st, as I need to move out of Düsseldorf. The apartment is on the 4th floor with an elevator, in a quiet and safe area off the main road but still just a 3 min walk to the closest tram stop (Färberstraße), and a 10 min walk to Düsseldorf Bilk S bahn. There is a REWE that’s just a 5 min walk away and a farmer’s market on the weekends. It is fitted with modern amenities, and the kitchen is separate from the rest of the rooms, so essentially it’s a 2.5 room layout. The windows all face the courtyard, so there is no street noise at all. The apartment is around 60 m2.
The new tenant will be asked to take over the kitchen, furniture and various furnishings excluding personal belongings and effects, e.g. bed, wardrobes, heater, mobile AC unit, shelves, tables, cabinets, sun-blocking curtains, shower curtain TBBT style, curtain rails, lights etc for a sum of money.
The kitchen includes a large Bosch dishwasher, a large Samsung fridge/freezer and a Bauknecht washing machine.
You will need to provide digital copies of your ID, Schufa and three months’ payslips to apply for the apartment.
