Hey, i'm subletting my apartment for month of April (1.4.2025 - 30.4.2025), its an old furnished apartment which offers all the facilities for a cosy living :) ...

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a well-maintained period building.
It consists of a large living-bedroom (30 sqm) with a new bed (120-200 cm), a large antique wardrobe, a refurbished vintage sofa, a matching table with two chairs, a TV, Wi-Fi, two desks, working desk, a shelf, small furniture,. A soundproof double door leads to the stairwell.

Kitchen: The spacious kitchen-diner (approx. 17 sqm) with a view from the dining area into a tree-lined garden and morning sun features a pantry with two ceramic hobs, a sink, a small refrigerator, a microwave, a work surface, a dresser, a cupboard, a table, and chairs.

The bathroom with a bathtub and shower has a large window with natural light and a secluded view of the green garden.
The ambiance is ideal for lovers of old buildings.
Use of the bicycle shed is possible.
Shared use of the washing machine and clothes rack in the laundry room is available.
Other residents of the house: the landlady.
