I’m looking to share my flat and would like to give you some details.

Availability:
The room is available from 01.05.2025 to 30.09.2025. After that, we can review the situation and, if everything works out well, there’s the possibility to extend the contract.

About the flat:
- Totally m² of the Flat is 45.
- your room 12 m² (your room is combined with the kitchen as in the images, and also I use the kitchen but my room is seperated)
- Right now, I am living one room and looking for another roommate (I am male)
- The flat is just a 2-minute walk from Neu-Ulm Hauptbahnhof
- Several supermarkets are located nearby

Costs:
- The room is completely new equipped!
- Only room rent 350
- Fee for existing equipments (Fridge, wash machine & dischwasher, oven, and others kitchen equipments) : €100
- Monthly utility costs (electricity, Internet and Cable TV, Water, Heating, recycling, Building Maintenance,Wastewater Fees,Keller): €200
- No deposit required!

Important!:
- Rent is due on the 1st of each month (Total 650 EUR)

The only requirement before moving in is to read and sign the rental contract
